ZCCM Investments Holdings Plc has incorporated Kyalo Goldfields Limited as a special purpose vehicle to spearhead gold exploration and mining in Kikonge area of Mufumbwe District. ZCCM-IH holds a 51 percent stake in Kyalo Goldfields Limited, while Mining Mineral Resources holds the remaining 49 percent. The incorporation emanates from a memorandum of understanding signed on December 19, 2025 between ZCCM-IH, the Ministry of Mines and Mineral Development and Mining Mineral Resources.
