UPND Alliance chairperson Charles Milupi says the number of Zambians having one meal a day has dropped tremendously under the UPND administration. Opposition leader Kelvin Fube Bwalya (KBF), in a Facebook post recently, said hunger had become a permanent visitor in many homes as parents were skipping meals so their children could eat.
