THE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) has announced that distribution of 2026 ballot papers to districts countrywide will begin tomorrow. Meanwhile, various political stakeholders have commended the ECZ for its transparency in the electoral process, with NRPUP saying they are politically satisfied that the ballot papers have been verified.
