THE European Union Election Observer Mission (EU EOM) says it assessed as ‘bad’ or ‘very bad’ the transparency of the results tabulation in 12 percent of totalling centres observed after ECZ suspended vote counting on August 14. Meanwhile, the EU EOM says results tabulation was assessed as ‘very good’ in 43 percent of the EOM’s observations before the suspension of vote counting and announcements countrywide.
