THE Department of Immigration says it has detained five Ethiopians in Kapiri Mposhi and 47 other foreigners in Ndola and Lusaka. Meanwhile, the Department has fined a 46-year-old Zimbabwean man, Katrige Mbigi, K29,000 through the Kafue Magistrate Court.
