PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has disclosed that he had asked some former Cabinet ministers not to run as MPs, but they hurled insults at him, accusing him of wanting to stop their careers. President Hichilema adds that he reminded the former ministers who refused to follow his request that only 30 percent of his Cabinet would return in his second term, noting that most are now gone, while Mulambo Haimbe has returned after taking his advice.
