ATTORNEY General Mulilo Kabesha says government will leave it to citizens to suggest how they want the constitutional amendment to be done. Kabesha was commenting on recent remarks by Chapter One Foundation calling for the complete repeal and replacement of the Constitution to address the country’s governance needs.
