A CHINESE businessman who says he has been detained at the Lusaka Correctional Facility since September 3, 2026, without being charged or told why he is being held has asked the Lusaka High Court to order his release. Chen Jun Liang has filed an ex parte application against the Attorney General seeking leave to issue a writ of habeas corpus ad subjiciendum, arguing that his continued detention is unlawful.
