FORMER first lady Maureen Mwanawasa has asked the Lusaka High Court to set aside a bankruptcy petition issued against her as there is an active court action seeking to sell her properties to recover the same debt. This is a matter in which Finance Bank Zambia Limited issued a creditors bankruptcy petition against Maureen following her failure to pay over K7 million owed to the bank.
