MINISTER of Technology and Science Felix Mutati says ZAMTEL needs $265 million in order for it to survive, and this is without taking into consideration the debt which it owes Lap GreenN as well as other entities. And Mutati says ZAMTEL has to find solutions to its crisis because it’s impossible to seek support from government when the Ministry of Finance is too busy dealing with the debt mountain.
