ZANACO Bank has projected that the kwacha will continue to trade on a stronger side as the week winds down due to positive sentiments as a result of the IMF programme. And according to Bloomberg, Zambia’s kwacha was the world’s best performer against the dollar on Thursday. As of Thursday, according to the Bank of Zambia website, at close of business, the local currency was buying at K15.3 against one US dollar and selling at K15.4.
