TECHNOLOGY and Science Minister Felix Mutati has unveiled the newly appointed Zambia Information and Communications Technology Authority (ZICTA) board of directors, to be chaired by professor Mundia Muya. Speaking during the ceremony, Tuesday, Mutati said he expected the board of directors to apply themselves to the task ahead of them by being a support system that the ZICTA management could rely on. “On March 16, this year, I signed a statutory instrument aimed at reconstituting the composition of the ZICTA board, and clearly define its role and that of the ZICTA director general.
