FORMER Bank of Zambia governor Jacob Mwanza says the country’s economy will take off, especially when issues surrounding KCM and Mopani Copper Mines are resolved. In an interview, Dr Mwanza said there had been a “big” improvement in terms of the country’s fiscal management. “I think there has been as I said, [a] big improvement in fiscal management and I think we have a good Minister in the Ministry of Finance because he is well educated.
