WORKERS’ Compensation Fund Control Board (WCFCB) says the debate against the sale of Compensation House in Kitwe is being triggered by tenants who cannot pay rent. In its notice of sale, WCFCB is inviting bids for the sale of Stand No. 28, Compensation House located at the junction of Chisokone and Obote Avenue in Kitwe.
