THE cost of living for a family of five in Lusaka has increased by K64.49 for the month of January. The Jesuit Centre for Theological Reflection (JCTR) Basic Needs and Nutrition Basket (BNNB) for January stood at K9,047.31, compared to the K8,982.82 recorded in December, 2022. Meanwhile, JCTR has also encouraged households to consider consuming roller meal to improve nutritional outcomes.
