PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has commissioned the Copperbelt Energy Corporation (CEC’s) 33 megawatts Riverside Solar PV Plant built at a total cost of US$22 million. And President Hichilema says the project would not have been made possible if PF continued its stay in government. CEC Board Chairperson London Mwafulilwa says at its current capacity, the $22 million power project can power about 10,000 houses.
