FINANCE and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says government didn’t anticipate the continued depreciation of the kwacha against convertible currencies but says this should not worry people. According to the Bank of Zambia rates, yesterday the dollar was buying at K19.5041 and selling at K19.5503 as at 15:30 hours.
