MINES and Minerals Development Minister Paul Kabuswe says government has not yet found a conclusive solution for Mopani and Konkola Copper Mines (KCM). A fortnight ago, government said it was no longer counting months but just days before it announced the direction it would take for Mopani and KCM, adding that it was targeting July 31st to pick a preferred bidder.
