THE Economics Association of Zambia (EAZ) says it is inevitable that majority financing in the 2024 budget will be raised through domestic resources, arguing that donor countries don’t have the luxury of resources like before. Finance and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane announced that from the almost K177.9 billion to be spent in 2024, K141 billion would be raised through domestic resources while K3.4 billion would be from grants.
