THE Zambia Chamber of Mines has challenged the Zambia National Service (ZNS) to clarify the US$ 15 billion financing it has obtained from China to set up a copper smelting plant in Kabompo District of North Western Province. Chamber president Dr Godwin Beene has argued that the investment figure is equal to what has gone into developing the new North Western Copperbelt to date.
