GOVERNMENT says the charges for heavy vehicles at Konkola Toll Plaza on the Chingola-Kasumbalesa road that people are complaining about are actually targeted at international travelers who pay more when they cross over into DRC. Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi has explained that ordinary vehicles like land cruisers passing through the said toll gate will be paying K15, which is K5 less than what is charged at other toll gates.
