COMMERCE and Trade Minister Chipoka Mulenga says government is concerned that the deprecating kwacha is affecting local businesses in a very retrogressive way. According to the Bank of Zambia’s market rates, on Tuesday at 12:30 hours, the kwacha was buying at K23.9563 and selling at K24.0047.
