MINES Minister Paul Kabuswe says government has not signed any consent agreement to guarantee the transfer of shareholding for Lubambe Mine. Recently, the National Union of Miners and Allied Workers (NUMAW) said it was working with other stakeholders to push for packages to be paid to workers who had opted to be declared redundant at Lubambe Mine after it was surrendered to JCHX Mining.
