MOPANI Copper Mines PLC has awarded a 13 percent salary increment to all its unionised employees. In an interview, Tuesday, Mopani’s Public Relations Manager Nerbet Mulenga said the 13 percent increment awarded to the workers became the highest in the mining sector, further clarifying that the earlier reported 10 percent was just a proposal given to the mine unions as part of the collective bargaining process. “We have concluded.
