FINANCE and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says accumulating excessive debt is a no go area for the UPND government. Speaking on BBC’s Newsday, Friday, Dr Musokotwane said the world was watching how Zambia would manage its economy, adding that government had to meet certain parameters to borrow funds.
