MINISTRY of Agriculture Permanent Secretary John Mulongoti says government has commenced planning for the Farmer Input Support Programme (FISP) for the 2024/25 farming season. In an interview, Wednesday, Mulongoti said procurement for inputs under the Direct Inputs Supply (DIS) was already in progress. “The planning yes, has commenced. I am sure you saw the communique for e-voucher per district, it was published. And for the 42 districts for direct input supply, an advert was done, [and] the procurement is in process.
