FINANCE and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says while it’s true that the US has given substantial aid to Zambia, the bulk of it has gone into the health sector over the past 20 to 30 years. However, Dr Musokotwane says since 2022, the economy has been growing slightly over five percent, showing that growth has been taking place.
