FINANCE and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane has proposed supplementary budget estimates worth K26.3 billion. Dr Musokotwane says the K26.3 billion supplementary budget will be financed through cooperating partners and some expenditure realignments within the 2026 Budget.
