THE Tax Justice Network Africa (TJNA) and the Centre for Trade Policy and Development (CTPD) have commended Parliament for adopting the Tobacco Control Bill No. 40 of 2025. This follows a unanimous vote for its passage during the third reading held on May 4, 2026.
