ZAMBIA has signed an agreement with Israel to restructure its US$460 million debt owed to that country. Speaking during the signing ceremony, Thursday, Finance and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane disclosed that the debt was expected to be repaid by 2043.
