THE National Road Fund Agency (NRFA) has disclosed that it collected K4 million in fines from motorists who absconded from paying toll fees between 2021 to date. Meanwhile, NRFA says it has reinstated toll collection for medium to heavy vehicles at the Kazungula Weighbridge, with operations scheduled to resume on September 21.
