THE Lusaka High Court has declined to set aside a statement of claim in a matter in which Honeybee Pharmacy Limited has sued the Zambia Medicines Regulatory Authority (ZAMRA), seeking an order to forbid the authority from revoking its license. Meanwhile, Honeybee has pegged the costs for the dismissed application at K100,000.
