PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema will today sign into law the Free Education Bill. President Hichilema will also sign into law four other Bills, including the National Pension Scheme Bill. The Education Amendment Bill, which will legislate Free Education, was one of the 77 Bills that were tabled before the National Assembly and debated over a nine-day period.
