FORMER First Lady Maureen Mwanawasa has told the Lusaka High Court that no third party can claim ownership of her late husband’s retirement house until government completes its construction process. This is the matter in which the University of Lusaka (UNILUS) has sued the state in the Lusaka High Court demanding an order for possession of late former president Levy Mwanawasa’s retirement house in Chongwe.
