PF vice-president Given Lubinda has asked the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court to set him free in a case in which he is charged with failure to appear before the Parliamentary Committee on Privileges and Absences. Lubinda has argued that the period within which such a case was supposed to be taken to court for trial has elapsed.
