LUSAKA High Court Judge Pixie Yangailo has adjourned the Mukula smuggling case to October 10, 2023, for continued trial as one of the plaintiffs in the matter, former lands minister Jean Kapata has a bereavement. Meanwhile, the other plaintiff in the matter, former justice minister Given Lubinda, who is currently still under cross-examination, informed the court that he was unwell and wasn’t in a state to take a stand in the event that the court was to direct that trial continued that day.
