FORMER housing and infrastructure development minister Ronald Chitotela has wondered whether the ACC had a dream that he would procure a property in State Lodge, Chongwe. Chitotela told the Economic and Financial Crimes Court yesterday that the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) started investigating him in 2017 before he could even procure the property in question. Chitotela had sued the Commission in the Lusaka High Court seeking a declaration that his State Lodge property which was seized by the commission was legally and genuinely acquired.
