A PF supporter, Peter Kashala, has appeared before the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court and pleaded not guilty to three counts of unlawful possession of a firearm and idle and disorderly conduct. Police arrested Kashala in November this year after he allegedly went armed with a gun at the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court. In count one, it is alleged that Kashala, 36, on November 21, 2023, in Lusaka, without lawful occasion, did go armed in public in such a manner as to cause terror to any person.
