LUSAKA Magistrate Ireen Wishimanga has issued a bench warrant against former Road Transport and Safety Agency chief executive officer Zindaba Soko for absconding court sessions in a matter in which he is charged with forgery. In this matter, Soko is jointly charged with Ibrahim Mbongo, a student and Kelvin Smith Kisambira with three counts of forgery, uttering a false document and being in possession of property believed to have been stolen or unlawfully obtained.
