FORMER Road Transport and Safety Agency chief executive officer Zindaba Soko has told the court that he missed the last court session because he was attending a job interview in Dubai. Lusaka Magistrate Ireen Wishimanga recently issued a bench warrant against Soko for absconding court sessions in a matter in which he is charged with forgery. The bench warrant was executed on Wednesday and Soko is currently in custody. In this matter, Soko is jointly charged with Ibrahim Mbongo, a student and Kelvin Smith Kisambira with three counts of forgery, uttering a false document and being in possession of property believed to have been stolen or unlawfully obtained.
