LUNTE PF MP Mutotwe Kafwaya has asked the Lusaka High Court not to stay proceedings in the matter in which Raphael Nakacinda and three other PF members sued Miles Sampa over the October convention. Sampa had asked the High Court to stay proceedings pending determination of his appeal before the Court of Appeal. Sampa had appealed against the High Court’s ruling on his preliminary issues, arguing that the court erred in fact and law when it failed to pronounce itself on the issue of locus standi in relation to Nakacinda.
