FORMER Intercity PF cadre Francis Muchemwa has told the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court that in the 10 years he ran Frill Pub and Grill, he made about K6 million profit. And Muchemwa says when he was working at Intercity bus terminus, levies were paid to the Lusaka City Council. Muchemwa is jointly charged with two of his companies namely, Friltech Networks Zambia Limited and Altitude Properties Limited with 10 counts of being in possession of property suspected to be proceeds of crime. When the matter came up for commencement of defence before Chief Resident Magistrate Davies Chibwili, Muchemwa, 39, told the court that when he was working at Intercity bus terminus, there was no parallel revenue between Intercity and PF structures....
