LUSAKA Magistrate Sylvia Munyinya has issued a bench warrant against EFF leader Chilufya Tayali in a matter in which he is in court for alleging that Senior Chief Mukuni is the brainchild of the gassing incidents that occurred in the country between 2019 and 2022. Meanwhile, Tayali’s arresting officer in a matter in which he is charged with expressing hatred or ridicule for persons because of race has informed the court that the State has requested Interpol to put him on a red notice.
