LUSAKA High Court Judge Vincent Siloka has found a couple of Chalala with a case to answer in a matter where they are accused of murdering their 14-year-old maid. In this matter, Majory Chanda, a physician and her husband, Smart Mumba, a lecturer, are facing one count of murder. It is alleged that the couple, between August 28 and 30, 2023, in Lusaka, jointly and whilst acting together murdered Janet Chola Mpundu. When the matter came up for a ruling on case to answer, Justice Siloka found the couple with a case to answer and placed them on their defence.
