THE Zambian government and the family of former president Edgar Lungu have signed a consent order nullifying the April 22 ex parte order that had directed the return of his body to the family. Attorney General Mulilo Kabesha says through mutual agreement, the late former president’s remains will now be placed in the custody of AVBOB (Pretoria East), with all related costs covered by the government of Zambia.
