THE Lusaka High Court has dismissed an application for judicial review by LCK Freedom Foundation and Chapter One Foundation challenging government’s decision to table and process 77 Bills before the National Assembly within a nine-day period. The two organisations were seeking an order to stay the tabling and processing of the 77 Bills and to declare the decision to process the Bills within the compressed timeframe unlawful and irrational.
