LUSAKA High Court Judge Ruth Chibbabbuka has warned that she will take appropriate action against Dr Fred M’membe’s co-accused, Daniel Mumba, in a matter where the two are charged with unlawful discharge of a firearm. In this matter, the accused are charged with unlawful discharge of a firearm and assault occasioning actual bodily harm (OABH). The offences were allegedly committed during the Muchinda Ward council by-election campaign in Kamalamba area of Serenje District in 2023.
