ATTORNEY General Mulilo Kabesha says no agreement has been reached regarding the proposed MoU between government and the United States government on health assistance and broader economic cooperation. Kabesha adds that public hearings will be convened in order to obtain stakeholder input on the contents of the bilateral MoU, as and when the agreement is reached. Meanwhile, Kabesha has asked the Constitutional Court to dismiss the LCK Freedom Foundation and Chapter One Foundation petition in its entirety, arguing that it is based on speculation.
