CHAPTER One Foundation Limited and a lawyer have petitioned Attorney General Mulilo Kabesha in the Lusaka High Court, challenging, among other laws, the Criminal Procedure Code (Amendment) Act No. 4 of 2026, which has expanded the list of non-bailable offences to include sexual offences.
