THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has fined musician Madalitso Phiri, popularly known as Dalisoul Mwana Wamu Komboni, K800 after he pleaded guilty to the offence of driving a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s licence. In this matter, Phiri is charged with the offence of unlicensed driving contrary to Section 56(1) of the Road Traffic Act No. 11 of 2002 of the Laws of Zambia.
